“Kansas Promise” tour emphasizes early childhood education. National security at risk?

The Kansas Promise Tour, which was organized by Kansas Action for Children, visited Leawood on Thursday. The purpose of bus tour was to emphasize the impact of early childhood education to the public at a time budget cuts may jeopardize some of the programs. See Kansas Watchdog story for details.
